Chaitra Partha Rao is a hardened professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Currently, at the helm of Regional IT and Financial Solutions, Chaitra has previously held crucial IT positions at leading brands.

Before joining DTICI, Chaitra was Head of Technology – India for Putnam Investments.

Having worked with Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India as a Deputy General Manager, Chaitra led a competent team of engineers working on cutting-edge technologies. Her leadership journey began at Fidelity Investments where she held a vital position for over 13 years.

Academically, Chaitra pursued a General Management Program for IT Executives (GMITE), from the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru in 2012.

Raghavendra Vaidya has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, and Master of Technology degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS).
